With over 30 years in residential and commercial facility management, I bring hands-on expertise to every project—whether it’s a simple repair or a large-scale renovation. My background includes executing everything from toilet replacements to multi-million-dollar construction projects, giving me the insight to handle jobs both big and small with precision.

 

I’m skilled in plumbing, electrical, concrete, HVAC, and general construction, with additional experience in heavy equipment operation and utility systems such as septic, water, and electrical. I also specialize in building health—addressing radon, mold, and indoor air quality—and every project keeps sustainability and efficiency at the forefront.

 

From historic properties to modern buildings, I understand how to balance tradition and innovation to keep your home or business in top shape. My goal is to make every space safer, healthier, and more reliable, while taking the stress out of maintenance and repair.

I'm a dedicated dad, soon-to-be husband, and long time outdoor adventurer.  I have, and continue to volunteer in our community for a variety of non-profit groups, and feel so lucky to live in Salida!
